It's a Decoden Donut Bunbon. It's got a donut body that's covered in pink icing and topped with some cream, sprinkles and a cute chocolate cookie bear.
This little cutie is based on decodening. Decodening is a craft where you pipe silicone onto phone cases, keepsake boxes, notebooks, etc and add cute cabochons, charms, rhinestones, pearls and whatever else you'd like. It's a really over-the-top and girly craft but it's really fun to do. I've done it once and I'm not amazing at it but I'd like to do it again soon. c:
